Flat fee, not percentage
$55 per load, every load — the same whether the rate is $900 or $4,200. A percentage shop takes a bigger bite the harder you haul. Ours doesn't.
Every differentiator on this page started as a complaint we heard from a carrier about the last dispatch service they used. We didn't invent the format — we just built it the way drivers said it should work.
Every item below is a policy — written into onboarding, audited monthly, and the reason carriers stay with the desk through the slow months.

Same voice, same name, same account every week. Not a bullpen of rotating agents reading your last note to figure out your home lane.
Every load comes with the lane-rate benchmark, the broker's history, and the negotiation log. You can audit the rate we booked against the one they offered.
No 12-month contract, no termination fee, no exit penalty. The desk keeps the truck by earning the load — not by locking you in.
DOT files, IFTA, payroll, settlements all live on the same desk. One escalation path — no passing a carrier across three vendors on a Friday.
Weekend breakdown, after-hours broker problem, Sunday-night last-minute recovery — the desk is staffed, not forwarded to a voicemail.
Every broker gets a credit check before dispatch. We maintain a do-not-haul list built from real carrier disputes — not just factoring-company warnings.
Revenue, RPM, best and worst lane — delivered before you start the next week. You always know what the truck earned, not just what it grossed.
Most of our carriers came from another carrier's referral, not an ad. That keeps the desk honest — one bad week gets everyone's attention.

Yes — we integrate with whatever factoring partner you use. If you don't have one, we'll introduce you to ours at a negotiated rate. No forced switch, no kickback.
Brokers generally want 2018 and newer, but we'll work older equipment on preferred lanes where the shipper knows the carrier. Insurance age limits apply on reefer and hotshot work.
Typical onboarding from signed agreement to first load is 48–72 hours. If your carrier packet is already clean we've had same-day dispatches.
No. The $55 per-load fee is the entire fee. Detention, TONU, layover, lumper and fuel-surcharge recovery is all yours, one-hundred-cents on the dollar.
Every rate-con is offered, not booked. You approve before we sign on your behalf. No auto-booking, no 'we took it, hope you can run it.'
Yes — each driver gets a profile on the dispatcher's board, and scale-outs to 2–25 trucks are handled without a second vendor. Fleets over 25 get a secondary dispatcher assigned.
Run a 30-day dispatch trial with your MC and equipment. Flat $55 per load, cancel anytime, factoring and fuel cards live on day one.
